About UTD's GeoClub
We are a non-profit student organization registered with the University of Texas at Dallas that operates within the GeoScience Department . GeoClub supports a network of students interested in geoscience and promotes the education of Earth sciences within the university and community. GeoClub has hosted a number of events on and off campus for nearly a decade, and are currently expanding to offer partnered engagement and volunteered opportunities to our community.
We Are Committed To Our Members
In order to provide for our members, our organization fundraises money though the sell of rocks and minerals to cover the costs of our bi-weekly meetings, professional and educational workshops, fieldtrip's, scholarships, and student memberships to local geological societies.
Rock and mineral sells enable us to continue operating, so please contact us if you are interested in donating your collection, large or small.
